A 20% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
We will send a request for the deposit using PayPal
upon receiving the reservation form and answering any questions you may have.
The cancellation policy is divided in two specific policies in reference to the length of stay.
We make a difference in cancellation fees for stays up to 1 month and booking of more then a month.
The main reason for doing so is the fact that the financial risk on our side is much larger for longer reservation.
A cancellation made more than 48 hours prior to arrival will not be charged, however the deposit is non-refundable and will thus not be reimbursed.
