Rates
- The standard rate for 1-2 guests is € 119 per night.
- The standard rate for 3 guests is € 149 per night.
- Cleaning fee: € 40
- A 25% deposit is required to confirm the reservation.
- Children under 3: Free
- Children under 12: Half price
- If children are staying with you, please let us know and we will adjust the rate accordingly

- Rates may vary during peak demand (e.g. New Year's Eve, Queen's Day, IBC conference) and when booked through a 3rd party.
- Last minute and long-stay discounts may apply.
- Fees are subject to change without notice, but will not affect confirmed reservations.

Deposit
To confirm a reservation, a 25% deposit is required plus the cleaning fee.. You may pay the deposit and fee using PayPal or any major credit card.
